As the visionary behind Aura Holistic Wellness Centre, Shruthi is deeply committed to promoting individual well-being through comprehensive and holistic health approaches. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role as the cofounder of RMD Hospitals, where she tirelessly works towards delivering high-quality healthcare services to the community. Currently, Shruthi serves as the co-director of SICPL and is fueled by her passion for developing corporate and women’s wellness programs. Furthermore, she dedicates her time as a Trustee of RMD Pain and Palliative Care Trust, actively contributing to pain management and palliative care initiatives for patients in need. Shruthi’s remarkable contributions to the healthcare industry have garnered her numerous prestigious accolades, including the SIMA Awards and the Aura Holistic Service Award from Malaysia. Armed with a degree in Medical Management from Ramachandra Hospital and studies in Health Care Management from LIBA, Shruthi remains an active member of MMA.
As a co-founder of Aura Holistic Wellness Center, he brings his expertise as a Lifestyle and Fitness Specialist to the forefront, driven by a profound commitment to supporting the elderly through nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and holistic well-being. He was honoured with the 2019 Best Nutritionist Award during the COVID crisis and has actively participated in numerous conferences and workshops on Holistic Health, both nationally and internationally. With a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from M.G.R University, he has also earned certifications in Nutrition and Lifestyle from Stanford University. Currently appointed as the Centre Head of Tech. Mahindra Foundation Healthcare Chennai.

Dr. Immanuel, serving as the CEO of RMD Group of Hospitals, boasts over two decades of invaluable experience in hospital management. He is an esteemed alumnus of IIM-B and has held key leadership roles in renowned hospital chains, including serving as CSO at Vijaya Group of Hospitals, COO at BeWell Group of Hospitals, and Vice President at Mehta Group of Hospitals. Dr. Immanuel is a Certified Internal Auditor for NABH, a Certified Black Belt Lean – Six Sigma and a Certified Trainer accredited by ISTD. With a wealth of experience, he has effectively managed more than 5000 COVID patients and possesses expertise in managing hospital projects across various international locations such as Dubai, Mauritius, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Thailand. His exceptional leadership qualities have been recognized through prestigious accolades, including the Dynamic Leader of the Year Award at the 2021 World Leadership Conclave and the Public Citizen Award in 2021 by the Indian Glory Awards forum.
Dr. Gauthaman Kalamegam currently serves as a physician at RMD Group of Hospitals and holds the position of Chief of Academy at RMD Academy for Health. He earned his undergraduate Medical Degree from Sri Ramachandra University, India, and his Doctoral Degree (PhD) from The National University of Singapore. With over three decades of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Gauthaman Kalamegam is recognized as a clinician-scientist. His research focuses on areas such as Stem cells and Regenerative Medicine, Tissue Engineering, and Cancer Biology. He has an extensive publication record, with over 100 articles in peer-reviewed international journals, along with 2 awarded USA patents, 4 provisional USA patents, and 10 book chapters. Dr. Gauthaman Kalamegam is also sought after for his expertise, regularly presenting at national and international conferences. Additionally, he serves as anAdjunct Professor at the Department of Medical Physics, Anna University, and the Department of Pharmacology, Saveetha University, Chennai.

An accomplished healthcare professional with a robust academic foundation and extensive experience in the medical realm. He obtained his M.B.B.S degree from Tver State Medical University, Russia, in 2017, where he honed his skills in healthcare, with a focus on curriculum development, educational quality, competency-based teaching and learning, and interprofessional collaboration. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a steadfast dedication to delivering high-quality nursing care and achieving IPSG (International Patient Safety Goals) targets to improve patient outcomes. He holds a particular interest in addressing non-communicable diseases and advocating for preventive healthcare, especially in women’s health. Moreover, he exhibits a deep passion for palliative care, pain management, and geriatric health.
